To accurately measure for curved glass, start by determining the radius of the curve. The easiest way to do this is to measure the chord (the straight line connecting the two ends of the curve), and the depth of the bend (the surface of the glass to the chord). Then, you can provide the Height of the glass normally. You can also roughly estimate the size of your glass, and then trace a template to mail to us. We'll process your template to extract the precise dimensions of your curved glass.

Our typical turnaround time for custom orders is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and current production schedules.
